Not Trustworthy

I purchased the car from you on 21/03/2025 from you and got the car delivered on 25/03/2025. The car don’t have the full service history on book which I discussed with you and you said you will take care if got any issue and said its done at local garage but they didn’t put stamp. Next day ( 26/03/2025) I got the engine light issue and shared the picture and the local garage while coming back checked as said it's the misfire of 3rd Cylinder. I asked John (the one dealing with me) to have a look after trying to reach him twice that day. Then you said you will book a workshop for this and I have to drop the whole day which I agreed. But it took you almost a week for this and when I get you checked by yourself and said it's fine. You haven't discussed about the return policy within 14 days, because you don't want me to return your faulty car at first place. You said you take full responsibility for any issue with the car when you sold the car but you don't even bother to reply to my issues and pick the call. The issue was still there but because of your ignorance and lack of knowledge, I kept driving the car as I trusted you. When the engine light get on again (12/06/2025) the send you the pictures and videos also, but still you didn't replied me at all that time. After trying hard, I managed to get to you, but you just replied that you will reply soon with the workshop appointment, that I didn't get the whole week. Somehow, I managed to get a appointment for (25/06/2025) after 10 days after trying so hard, but the car broke down 2 days before I about to take the car to you (22/06/2025). Do you have any idea how stressful was this and the problem I faced during this time, even after the breakdown you didn't pick the call and I managed to get to the office number and your colleague said to take the car to any Garage near and call the warranty company but it should be you who have to fix this at first place. You don't have humanity and you are not trustworthy at all, I very unhappy with your service and product. I can't keep the car as it still with the garage need to fixed, for almost 2 weeks as waiting for the approval. I want my money back and don't need you faulty car at all, your attitude towards my issue being totally inappropriate and cause so much inconvenience that I can't even explain to you. You have broken the trust at first place and very disappointed with your service
