Volvo Lipscomb Canterbury
We started our journey with a phone call and the Sales Consultant was very helpful and gave us an idea of which Volvo model to consider that might suit our needs. When the opportunity arose with a lift, we made a visit to the showroom and quickly built a relationship with one of the Sales Consultants (Gary Dodd) who looked after us from then on. He was very considerate indeed, picking us up and dropping us off at the nearby railway station. In discussions, Gary helped us keep the costs of our options down so that we would qualify for the lower road tax. He was instrumental in sourcing the car we wanted in the desired colour without having to wait 3-4 months, since we needed a new car relatively quickly to routinely drive to London for child care duties after our previous one was no longer on the road. Gary was very supportive when giving us a test drive and again when we collected the car to take home. He set up many of the choices for the on board tech with us before we nervously drove away this lovely new car. The Lipscomb Canterbury facilities are really good and the showroom is enjoyable to look round and view your next possible car. Later, I had a problem with the tech whilst at home and a telephone call to Servicing sorted out my problem over the phone with me using a reset option. Overall, our experience was very good, we were looked after and ended up with a lovely new car. We look forward to our return, lunch across the road at the garden centre and a catch up with Gary if not too busy and of course a browse of the latest models
