Poor service

Just got a seat ateca on a 72 plate was told to come down on Friday and collect vehicle drove over an hour and then was told car wouldn’t be ready till the following week even though I was told it’s been through the workshop which it hasn’t been . On picking* up the car the back seats and armrest was filthy. Tyres valve covers all missing . Salesmen was on holiday Sean so was passed to a salesmen called Sam who was very rude and arrogant on the phone .so complaint this to the manager Marcus biggins . Not happy with vehicle as certain things are not working send 3 emails still waiting for a reply
