Disappointing Experience

Our experience buying a car here was very disappointing. The vehicle was missing a spare key and spare tyre, which we weren’t told about beforehand. We later discovered the car had previously been adapted for a disabled driver, but this wasn’t mentioned during the sale. The road tax was still registered as “DISABLED”, so we couldn’t tax the car on collection day and had to sort it at a Post Office. The V5C wasn’t updated to our address as promised, and when we followed up, the information given didn’t match what we later confirmed. The car developed several issues soon after purchase, and it was pulling to the left despite being told it had been tracked. We were assured this would be booked in, but it never happened. It also took over two weeks to get our deposit back, which only happened after repeated follow-ups. Overall, the process felt unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend based on our experience.
