Avoid un professional sales

My Daughter bought a car on finance from this garage. The car was delivered when she was out at work. She had the car from January up until end July when it broke down. The car was taken to the garage to see what was wrong only to find out it needed £3000 worth of work to put the car back on the road. She informed the HP company who where a total waste of time. Off what had happened to the car. The same old story of handing back and rejecting the car came about. (Consumers credit act) The HP company wanted an independent garage to look over the car which the car inspection report came Back stating the car should of not been sold and could not develop the fault in the amount of time and mileage my daughter had put on the clock. Two tryers that should of been replace and a full service before being sold. NOT stamped in the service book. HP company is still having arguments with this garage stating they do not recognise the two independent inspections carried out on the car. Watch this space As we know are going to trading standards and possibly the courts for a refund.
