VW Touareg 2013 3litre TDi v6 Blue Motio

We had searched long and hard for a VW Touareg at the right spec and at a great price. However, whilst trawling the internet, we became quickly disheartened and frustrated by the many bogus ‘good’ reviews, obviously drafted by the vendor's themselves. Scrolling deeper one came to the negative reviews, most were horrific and, sad to say, typical. UNTIL we came across The Perfect Car Company. Their reviews rang true and we had a good feeling. So we decided to call and hear what they had to say. From the outset, Mark Marlow, the owner, was friendly, patient, open and, most important of all, totally honest in his critique of the car we were interested in. There was no hard sell, he patiently and comprehensively answered all of our questions. So much so that we decided to travel all the way from Cromer (Norfolk) to Shrewsbury, over 200 miles. Upon arriving we were greeted by Tom, who was extremely helpful, pointing out minor scuffs and highlighting a couple of faults that Mark had already mentioned, faults they assured us would be put right. The test drive went like a dream. BTW my son and I know our stuff mechanically. Tom plugged in an OBD scanner, so we could see if there were any system faults. And my wife is all about trim detail, she misses nothing. The car had full service history, two keys etc and would be getting a full service. We were so impressed with the car and price, we agreed to go ahead with the purchase. The car was delivered to our home (extra fee, obviously). When the car arrived we were totally bowled over. It looked and, more importantly, performed as it should. Communications throughout our buying process were excellent. At no point did we feel pressured or ignored. This was probably the best auto purchase we have ever made and we’ve bought a few. We believe we have the best Touareg for the price and will certainly be considering The Perfect Car Company in the future. If you read one review, we hope it's this, and it convinces you that Mark is a genuinely honest man in a mainly dishonest industry. We would highly recommend this company. If you see a car you like, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
