Poor customer experience

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a Hyundai from this garage. We purchased a brand-new car and immediately ran into problems with the electrics and the indicator issues that simply should not occur on a new vehicle. The car has now been stuck in their garage for five days, and they are still unable to source a replacement indicator. Communication has been consistently poor, even after escalating the matter to management. Promises of a courtesy car were made but never delivered, leaving us without a reliable alternative in the meantime. This level of service is extremely disappointing. A new car should come with peace of mind, but instead, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable.
