seem to be a little hooky

bought a second hand 3008 ,and was promised a very good warranty but just haven't received it yet , and getting a bit worried about it its like as if they are putting me off it ,for some reason getting on a bit and the ONLY reason i bought it was the good warranty they keep telling me the one dealing with itis off at the moment really getting worried about this ,i bought it in good faith over the internet and people are telling me its a con ,as long as they sell a car, they just don't care
