I previously owned a second-hand Jaguar XF, mainly for its comfort and looks. Unfortunately, the experience was plagued with expensive repairs and long spells in garages. As a result, I fell into the routine of car sharing with my wife’s car and using public transport and taxis. I was impressed by the patience shown and the clear, detailed explanation of the car’s features. Shortly afterwards, I received a video presentation highlighting a vehicle that matched both our needs and budget. This personalised touch gave us the confidence to move forward. Once the purchase was finalised, the handover experience exceeded all expectations—it was the best car reveal I’ve ever had. I even filmed it to share with family, who commented very positively on the outstanding customer service. I will happily recommend Bolton Lexus to friends and family. The whole team made us feel valued and respected at every stage of the process. I particularly wish to acknowledge the professionalism, enthusiasm, and clear belief in Lexus as an excellent choice, which made this purchase all the more rewarding.
