Worst dealership ever

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a Citroen Spacetourer (Reg: BH19WXV) from Motorhub (Motorsure Ltd, Keighley, West Yorkshire) on July 27, 2025, sold as "ready to go" with six new injectors. Ten minutes into my journey home, I noticed white smoke, which they claimed was just residual diesel burning off. Shortly after, the engine started misfiring, and I was advised to continue driving. A few miles later, engine management lights appeared, signaling an engine fault and performance loss. I called again, and they told me to carry on. Eventually, after topping up the AdBlue, I reached my parents' house and arranged for recovery the next day. On July 28, 2025, they refused a refund, saying they would repair it. By July 29, they hadn’t even started diagnosing it. I requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act, but they refused. After weeks of delays and no real updates, they finally identified a faulty injector but continued to lie about when it would be fixed. On August 12, 2025, they told me they wouldn't fix the car and I could come and collect it. They kept stopped responding to emails, I created new email address/alias' to catch them out. Weeks later I sent a company to collect and diagnose the vehicle, to no surprise the vehicle wasn't ready to collect. They then sent a PDF letter saying they acknowledged the fault but still wanted time to repair, at this point it had been a whole month, I reiterated all the issues and continued to request a refund. They refused again. I got in touch with West Yorkshire Trading Standards ADR scheme and they contacted Motorhub on 12th Sept, on 18th September Motorhub emailed me requesting that I bring the relevant paperwork back and they will refund me for the vehicle. Yesterday, 26/09/25, I went to them and got my refund in full. For those of you who are reading this before purchasing, save yourself some time and avoid them, others that were unlucky like me, document everything, refuse a repair and request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Short Term Right to Reject if you have had the vehicle less than 30 days. If they refuse, just email adr@wyjs.org.uk or fill the form out on their website https://www.wyjs.org.uk/adr/ and hopefully you get a swift resolution.
