Alert ! Be careful, avoid

Alert ! Be careful, avoid this dishonest and greedy car dealership. Last year l brought my car for its annual service, after the service I found so many scratches on the car body. I then spoke to them and they denied it. A few weeks ago, my car engine light came on and I gave them another chance to see because they are just literally just around the corner from my house. I asked them to find the issue with the the engine.I dropped off the car in the early morning and then about 11:30am they called me and told me their engineers needs minimum 4 + hours to find out. Their hourly rate was £105. This is unbelievable. I dropped my car to them a week before I went to another garage in Ridgeway, Plympton. They used a computer device to plug into my car, it took less than a minute and they instantly identified the problem. Unfortunally, I coudn't let them fix it as because they were fully booked and the next available appointment was few weeks later. Therefore, I was forced back to the Audi dealership. In conclusion, this Audi dealer has one of two big problems . Either their engineers are massively incompetent or the company as a whole is a scam operation. For the admins of the Plymouth Audi account, please do not respond to my review. I have had enough with all the nonsense.
