Data protection breach

My wife's vehicle went in for a mot on 11.09.2025. Got the car back, but couldn't get into it because the electrics not working, finally got the car back and went home. Looked at the paperwork only to find that we had been given someone else's paperwork, breaking the data protection laws, phoned, sent emails, promises not kept and still waiting for the correct paperwork. Had to contact the data protection commissioning body in the hope that they can resolve this issue, because caffyns are not interested in helping the disabled. Data protection is a very serious issue.
