No logbook

Nicest person when your buying the car, not recieved log book after a month, rang him up first time said yeah ok ive sent iflt off fine, waited another week still no logbook. Rang him back after been on the phone to dvla incorrect details was given and dont match so I lve now got to apply for a new logbook at the expense of mine, couldnt give me a reference number like all online applications have told me you don't get one, everything comes with a reference number. Avoid just get abuse down phone and get called a liar.
