buyer beware

i purchased a car for my daughter from this company and on the face of it they seemed to be ok if not very friendly but at the end of the day your just buying a car . i ended up in a dispute with them over what qualified as a full service history. They told me a car under audi rules can not of had a service for 2 years and they still class it as full service history . As soon as they get wind of you might want to send the car back the attitude change is unbelievable. From the sale men to the managers its terrible. i do understand that audi main dealers are all about sales targets and figures for the month but they loose sight they are dealing with people who just want to be treated fairly and spoken to in a decent manner. Never again . My tip is use a small family run business who have a vested interest in what they are selling instead of the soulless business transaction with no after care whatsoever.
