Poor customer service by Mark Eliott.
I had booked my Kia Sportage for service and MOT. I left the car at 8:28am and asked the agent Mark Eliott when will it be ready for collection. He said it will go for MOT at 11:30 and will be available early afternoon. I had asked him to cancel MOT due to time constraints and had to go to work. He said car will be ready by 12:00pm. When I reached there he was very unreceptive and it will be ready in 10 mins and it took 45 mins to get the car back. I had booked a courtesy car and was told that I cannot get the car as I had a EU license and he also said that I had to change my license to UK license. As it is the rule since UK left the EU since brexit. He also went a head and said that I cannot test drive any car in the showroom with my license. In facts I used my list to test drive the car I am driving using the same license earlier this year. He tried to ignore me when the service engineer handed the keys after the service. He was ready to invite someone who just arrived before handing the key to me. Useless customer service agent Mark Eliott should be in the back office doing non customer facing work.
