I have been looking for a Defender 90 for a while and it’s always a concern when buying any Vehicle. I chose to deal with Bob and Terry simply because of their reviews online and it became very obvious that their knowledge of land rover was extensive, but more importantly, their customer service was exceptional. I was proven absolutely right, as from the start of the looking for a 90 process, they couldn’t have been more helpful and patient in trying to understand what I was actually looking for in a Land rover 90. Their communication is excellent and no matter how many emails sent or questions I asked, they went over and above to support my requirements. So, to sum up, the Land rover 90 I purchased is superb, better than my expectations. The communication was excellent, the manner in which they provide their service is exemplary. Their overall knowledge base of land rover vehicles is decades long. I would not hesitate to deal with Bob and Terry again, and it all balls down to their professional approach, knowledge base of land rover, and excellent customer service with attention to detail.
