Very poor service
Poor communication and misleading information throughout my car purchase. I placed a deposit on a Toyota Corolla and was assured it would be MOT’d, serviced, and ready by Thursday. Despite multiple calls, I received no callbacks and conflicting updates. The MOT hadn’t been done as promised, and the car didn’t have the full Toyota service history I was told it had. I incurred extra costs due to delays and inaccurate info. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
