I travelled a distance to buy the Tesla from Motor Planet, and was a little disappointed in the experience. Although the staff were friendly, their knowledge of the vehicle, as it was an electric car was not quite what I expected. There were also some marks on the car (e.g., scratches) that hadn’t been disclosed in the advert. I feel a detailed video of the car and greater transparency before customers travel would be really beneficial. Unfortunately there was a delay in receiving the V5 which was frustrating, as I needed it to gain access to the app to fully experience the car’s features. I believe clearer communication around how long this process would take would have helped manage expectations. As a whole I would advise the below, based on my experience with them. - Provide very detailed online videos of each vehicle. - Ensure a more thorough valet before collection. - Offer specialist training for staff on electric vehicles to better support customers and provide guidance on warranty options. I am happy with the car overall, I just think a few improvements to the process would make the experience better in my opinion.
