Awful aftercare service
I recently purchased a mg hs off andy and he was helpful, polite and patient, however I got the car and there was faults with it straight away one of which the tracking being off. Contacted the dealership straight away for them to book it in 2 weeks later… wasn’t happy about it but fast forward to two weeks later the door was also broken in that period of time I phoned them up and told them. Went in to get fixed took 7 days until I got it back they fixed the tracking and didn’t fix my door… I told them it’s essential as I had a baby to put in the back and other passengers. Phoned up again to tell them and now just being palmed off and ignored. Absolute disgrace won’t be back.
