Saw a Mercedes GLC they had advertised on line went through to see it, saw Ian told me everything he new about the car was then given the keys and left to look at my leisure, I had another two to see that day which I made them aware of, after week I went back to buy the car (the best one out of the three) a absolute pleasure to deal with no pressure or hard sell, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👌
