Avoid them like the plague!

They were selling a Mercedes cherry picker van I said I would buy it and paid a deposit, it was to be MOT’d over the weekend ready for collection on the Monday, drove 50 miles only to find it hadn’t been tested, said they would get it done that week and deliver it, never happened, kept promising it would be done, nothing but excuses, after over two weeks of non delivery requested my deposit back, again promised next day then the next and the next etc, nothing arrived. Now with county court to claim deposit back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
