Shocking customer service and care

Had my brand new car delivered with a couple of issues. Where do i start from here… they said they would deliver me an EV car, they didnt. They said it would take a few days, it took 4 weeks!! Poor communication from them the whole time, only time they replied to me when i asked for updates is when they tried sending my car back, multiple times they tried sending it back with the issue still present. They kept saying they would repair it and thats why its taking so long, ended up that this was a factory issue and nothing they could do to help, so they basically had my car the best part of a month for no reason Just to add the cherry on top, it came back with a brand new fresh scratch on the bumper Please stay away from this branch and ideally stay away from VW as this is one of the main repair centres.
