No loyalty whatsoever .

After many years of buying multiple cars from these guys and becoming what I thought was a friend to them I reçently took delivery of a Bentley mulsanne speed, (now bear in mind I have probably purchased around 15 cars from them in the past so I trusted them to rectify any issues) on my way home the number plate fell off, no big deal, but there was a clunk from the near side front, I reported this to Jamie and I asleep reported paint issues, I returned the car only to be told they would not correçt the paint but would sort the clunk. Disappointed at this decision, they pointed out that I signed an acceptance form at the time of collection which is true however having purchased so many cars from them and considered them friends I just signed, tough I was told you should have checked it first I left the car with them and Jamie disappeared for two weeks on holiday leaving it in the hands of another salesman, nothing happened until he returned then I was told the car needed a new left hand side hydraulic suspension strut and no idea of when this would be delivered I rejected the car immediately, the finance company a month later have still not even assigned an agent to deal with this issue and I continue to pay a very large finance payment monthly Imperials will no longer talk to me requesting all contaçt via email for whiçh they ignore I find it hard to write this because I feel betrayed but be warned and don’t be sucked in
