Avoid at all costs

Bought an S class from them. Put a deposit down and waited 6-weeks because the car had a failed DPF. Communication was terrible throughout this period. Came to see the car for collection and discovered that broken glass in the back seats which Steven put down to the repairing garage (Main MB dealer) breaking one of the windows and replacing it without his knowledge. 3 months in, the compressor went out and Steven wasn’t interested at all in trying to rectify the issue. Instead, they had their lawyers craft a response to avoid their statutory obligations under the CRA. Then the car developed a camshaft failure at month 8. And the vehicle was advertised as “in immaculate and flawless condition”. Terrible communication and one of the worst customer experiences I had with a dealership.
