Booked to view the car at 10.30am. Reception couldn't find the booking. After waffle from sales person eventually got to see the car. But in the meantime insisted on taking our car keys. Whilst waiting for the car viewing we saw our car being driven by them. NO authority from us. Viewed the car, filthy with stained seats that we insisted being cleaned. Noticed tyre pressures down on front, agent took a photo from the in-car system assuring us that this will be looked at. Mentioned that we will need the car fully charged to get home. Car stated on website that it had park assist. Wrong, does not. Tried to sell us a bunch of warranties, compared prices with those from ALA Insurance and this dealer makes a substantial gain on these. Left waiting around for hours when all we wanted was to pay for the car, no finance. They kept pushing us to do finance as they were going to make £950 from Black Horse. Offered 1 drink the whole time. At 1pm got to view the car and it had not been cleaned properly. Sent back to be cleaned again. Still not done right. Got the keys at 1:30pm, and the battery wasn't charged. Within 3 mile the tyre warning low pressure light came on on both front tyres. Managed to get to a motorway services to charge. When we were charging I noticed nails in both front tyres. 200 point check would have spotted these. All in all, it was a terrible experience, buying a car was such hard work nearly arguing with sales people that we did not want the warranties or the finance. Seriously, steer clear and go to an independent car dealer, save your ears hours of waffle and being ignored.
