Awful after care
We had a very disappointing experience with Magna Motors. We purchased a car from them which unfortunately developed a fault shortly afterwards and had to be returned. While we understand that issues can sometimes happen, what followed was extremely frustrating. We were left waiting 5 weeks for a full refund. During that time we had to make numerous phone calls, send multiple emails, visit in person, submit formal complaints, and even issue a formal letter giving Magna Motors 7 days to make payment before we would begin court action. The stress and time involved were completely unacceptable. In the end, we only received the refund on the final day of that deadline — and only after turning up at Magna Motors in person again. I do want to acknowledge that Joe from Magna Motors, who took over my refund case in January, was the only person who consistently replied to me and actively chased the matter on my behalf. Without his involvement, I’m not convinced this would have been resolved when it was. Overall, a very poor post-sale experience that has left us with little confidence in recommending Magna Motors
