Excellent customer service

Excellent service from start to finish Vine Place could not have been more helpful to me! I had been looking at their website for a number of months. I contacted them by phone about a Nissan Elgrand E51 Highway Star and arranged to visit them a few days later on 26th January. I had asked whether the lowered suspension could be returned to standard, and was delighted when I was told by Ethan (after checking) that this could be done. I test drove the car with Claire who answered all my questions and pointed out the many features of the vehicle (she spoke from experience as she is also an owner of an Elgrand, and this was most helpful to me). On collection on 9th Feb, the car was beautifully presented, having had the suspension changed, given a full valet, service and MOT, plus four new tyres! Claire again answered all my questions and was a great ambassador both for the car and Vine Place. I part exchanged my old vehicle for a fair price negotiated by Carl. Rachel in the office had discussed insurance options with me and also answered all my questions, plus sent me photos of the Elgrand and contract of purchase ahead of my collection on the 9th Feb. I will definitely want to maintain my relationship with Vine Place for servicing and parts etc. All in all, an excellent experience that inspires trust and confidence. Thank you!
