Started off great, then bad ending

Sale started off great. Peter answered any questions I had and even delivered the car and picked up my old car for part ex. Bought the car in December with a 3 month warranty. Was supposed to come with the manuals and wheel safety locking nut. Peter said he had put them in the boot with the spare tyre. When I looked they weren't there. No spare, manuals or nut. I tried to contact him, by email, text and even calls but nothing, never got a reply. Lucky I know a mechanic and he gave me a locking nut and I bought the manuals, but I shouldn't have too. Company seems very sales focused and aren't bothered after sales service.
