Refund

After leaving a refundable deposit to hold a car over the weekend when I had more time to consider it. Circumstances made it difficult for me to keep the appointment so i tried cancelling and get my deposit back. Nobody would actually deal with it over the phone, they were always with a customer and would ring me back, but never did!! It took 3 days of phone calls and an email that was never answered to resolve. My deposit went straight to them, but i was told it would take 5 working days to get it back in my account. Why!! I would have gone back at a later date but definitely won't be bothering now.
