Enjoying the Hyundai Tucson

We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson, it was mainly my wife's choice, as she liked the colour and model of the car. I'd say the buying experience was okay. There were a few issues along the way. At the start, the salesperson was helpful, but when I said I wanted to go away and think about it, I felt the salesperson was less welcoming after this. I was also told a £100 reservation fee would be taken, but £250 was charged without being explained, as I initially paid by credit card and then had to arrange another payment, which took about a week to sort out. Based on this and the fact we like and are enjoying the car, it would be 3 stars.
