I've known Adrian the owner of LWF for some years now. Over that time my partner and I have had seven cars from him and his excellent, professional dealership in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. Each and every time he has always gone the extra mile for us to provide simply the very best customer service we've experienced from any dealership. He provides excellent quality vehicles at competitive prices and is a genuine pleasure to deal with. Every car is meticulously serviced, sorted and valeted before he passes over the keys to his customers. Any major faults are resolved in advance and he would never pass on a car he didn't have complete confidence in. We have just changed both of our cars with him and we are both delighted with the vehicles. They were perfectly presented and he was also kind enough to help us out with one of them by personally delivering to our home which is also in Stoke. It's the personal touches along with his extremely high standards that really make LWF a truly exceptional dealership. I simply would not consider buying a second hand vehicle from anywhere else. He is the most decent and honourable gentleman and it shows in his exemplary business practice and outstanding service. We cannot recommend him highly enough
