Billy and Fraser were fantastic!
The sales side of things was absolutely fine. I initially spoke to Billy on the phone and then dealt with Fraser on the day, and both of them were fantastic. I have had an issue with the car. I’ve gone through the warranty for the door control. It’s nothing major. I’ve had to chase constantly, with multiple calls and follow-up emails, and I’ve had no response to emails at all. I've spoken to the sales team this morning, who are hopefully going to speak to them. My overall experience would be a three, although if it was just for the sales team and the experience on the day, it would have been five.
