I was mainly looking on Autotrader for a Tesla Model 3 in my price range, but felt thay either the cars were too expensive or something was off about the dealers so I started looking outside the platform and found Ben's company, Lease Cars Direct Ltd. He had a perfect car for me, and after reading his excellent reviews I felt he was a man I could trust, selling great cars for honest prices! I contacted Ben to ask about the car, and he replied straight away by his mobile to answer any queries I had. After agreeing to purchase he arranged delivery to Newcastle. The delivery got delayed so I decided to get the train to Norwich and pick it up personally, and Ben very generously picked me up from the station and took me back to his home where he keeps his cars. The car was exactly as described and a month later I'm still a very happy customer!!! Buying a car online can feel like your taking a risk but Ben takes personal pride in his dealership and even as director is involved in all aspects of the sale. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Ben as trust is the most important factor in a big purchase like a car. Top bloke, top company and my Tesla costs 2p a mile to drive!
