I recently purchased a Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer from Cinch and was disappointed with the experience. The car was advertised as having 6 years of service history, but on collection I was only given handwritten notes. After raising this, I received a Cinch-generated summary listing service dates and mileage, but no supporting invoices, stamps, or original records. This is not what most buyers would reasonably expect when a vehicle is described as having service history, especially at this price point. Communication was also slow, and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. When I raised concerns, they were not acknowledged with any meaningful resolution. Although Cinch accepted the return within the 14-day period, the process created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that anyone buying ensures that service history is fully documented and verifiable before committing.
