Luke was Brilliant!

Sheer luck took me to BMC, we had gone to see a car next door but when we got there it wasn’t available anymore, so we had a look round and found this one which was perfect. I have had an issue with the winger mirror adjustment button, so I’m going to them a call on that. Luke the salesman was just brilliant! He wasn’t intrusive but on hand to answer any questions, or for anything we wanted. He gave us free rein to look around, gave us the keys for anything we wanted. Also helped us with all the paperwork and took the car for a clean and tidy up, it just made the experience very nice and personal.
