Extremely pleasant

Popped up to look at a different car from Bob Davies, they were extremely pleasant when I was there they wasn’t pushy at all and let me have a look around the forecourt without effectively being coat tailed, as I was looking around I noticed the Audi Q3 and thought oh, that’s kind of like in my price range, I went home and figured out the value of my car, rang them up and asked them to reserve it for me and they did, I went up did a test drive, I didn't feel pressured at all and it felt like a really nice and chilled experience.
