Rob was Brilliant!

The car is actually for my daughter, but she's studying away at the moment so myself and my husband drive the Hyundai so its not sat still for too long and its really good, so we are happy! During the experience buying the car, Rob was brilliant he was very helpful, clear and just smiley and friendly. I was quite stressed about getting the car, but having dealt with Autocars I didn't actually feel stressed at all, they are very approachable people and really friendly. We bought a warranty through them as well, initially when my husband went with me to see the car, they wrote his details down so the warranty had his name on, but it needed to be in the daughter's name. they were really helpful with that as well, we didn't have to get in touch with the warranty they sorted it out for us straightaway, it was really good!
