I bought a one year old Mazda 3 from Oxford a couple of months ago and had an issue with some paintwork. I spoke with Ryan and he agreed to have a look at it. Once he'd seen it he agreed, in the interest of my Mazda and Johnsons experience, that he'd have it put right. I was leant a car while the repair took place. I collected it yesterday and I have to say that the work exceeded my expectations, including a bit of extra work being done as well. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend Johnsons Oxford whole heartedly. Thank you Ryan
