Most stressful after sales experience

I purchased my car on 17 April 2025 and reported an issue with the reverse camera before even completing payment. I was told it had been cleaned, but the fault (fogging) remained. The car was also missing a headrest. Just outside the 3-month warranty, additional issues appeared with the wing mirrors and air conditioning. In August, David agreed to cover all four issues and fixed the mirrors on the spot. However, after two months of no updates, I was told management had changed. Tahmina later took over my case in November and was very helpful in resolving the missing headrest and arranging repairs for the air conditioning (fixed in February). The reverse camera, however, remains unresolved. After chasing again this month, I’ve been told Tahmina has moved departments and I am now expected to pay £300 for a fault that was reported before purchase over a year ago. Overall, my experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been given incorrect information (including parts supposedly being ordered when they weren’t) and promises that haven’t been followed through. I’m still awaiting a resolution, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Carsa Bolton.
