Great service until they have your money

Placed a £100 deposit to reserve a car, but less than 24h later my wife changed her mind and I phoned the garage to cancel the reservation. Garage agreed to refund as per their terms and conditions but still no refund. They are your best friend when buying a car, but as soon as you want a refund, they stop responding and don’t want anything to do with you
