No Answers

Having sent 2x emails asking if they could source & fit a door lock for my E Class I got no reply? Failing this I phoned their number & again each extension i clicked no-one answered? I made a complaint to LSH detailing my experience & yes again I have had NO RESPONSE? I initially purchased my vehicle from them in 2012 & at the time the staff were very efficient. Whatever has happened since then I have no idea but I have had better service from a 2nd hand garage?
