again these guys have gone above and beyond to get me the car i wanted and I have to admit I've been a bit of a pain but john the sales manager has been absolutely brilliant I purchased a low mileage xf jaguar 6 months ago I had it only for 4 months when it was written off on a mini roundabout the car was an absolute dream and I was devastated wen insurers wrote it off as it was like a brand new car even though it was 10 years old. As soon as I was paid out I went back to ESC and they had an xe r sport it was petrol I wanted diesel like the previous one but I bought it and John said if I didn't get on with the car they would take it back if they got another diesel one. True to his word they sourced an xe diesel with only 14k miles on it. They exchanged the petrol one for the diesel and gave me some money back in the process as the one I exchanged was older not that age matters with these guys all of their cars are mint and low mileage I have now had 3 of their cars and they have all been mint I have bought many cars but never had such great service, if you're in the marked I seriously recommend you go look at their cars for quality and service you will not find better if you do i will eat all of my hats and I got a few of them. Seriously go look for yourselves if you want quality and good after care service.”
