We visited Jemca Toyota yesterday to sell our car back to Toyota, and we had such a great experience again. We met Carme & George. Carmen has always been very helpful to us. This was the third time we met her, and she truly made a big difference. She is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to Jemca Toyota. She is friendly, professional, and always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. We were also introduced to George, the Used Car Manager, and he was so pleasant and friendly. He helped us with the whole process of selling our car, and everything was very easy and smooth. He explained things clearly and made the transaction stress-free. We are very happy and grateful for the excellent service we received from both Carmen and George. It was a pleasure meeting them. They are both professional, kind, and genuinely nice people.
