Terrible experience

Terrible service, massively low ball on part exchanges and just cannot be bothered in general, they want the customer to do all the work for them avoid if you can. I've since been contacted by mark who is a general sales manager who asked for my number to apologise for an error on there part, 3 days later nothing 🙄 definitely best avoided.
