“During the test drive I raised concerns about a fault with the vehicle and was informed by Kingslake Cars that the issue had been fixed before purchase. However, the same fault, along with an additional issue, appeared on the journey home after purchasing the vehicle. I reported the problems immediately. After being unable to reach a satisfactory resolution directly, I pursued a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider, which was upheld and refunded. Based on my personal experience, I would not trust or use this garage again.”
