I was looking for a specific car type and BVG had the one which was closest to me, I did find when we were down at the dealership buying the vehicle there was allot of waiting around for test drives or to finalise things which was deflating as we did have to chase them up. I felt they could been a bit more upfront about the condition of the car which when we questioned they did apologise and informed they would have a chat with the person. But as a whole the staff were friendly and I'm happy with the Hyundai,
