Why can't all car dealers be like this? I enquired about a VW Polo automatic and arranged a visit and encountered a very efficient and enthusiastic lady called Phoebe. The exact opposite of a pushy aggressive sales person. She listened to my long list of questions and gave me all the answers I needed. Once the deal was done she sorted out the Bluetooth connection and explained all the buttons and dials and how they all worked. Well done. I won't name names but three other main dealers in the area might have had my business but it was clearly not their policy to have a conversation with a prospective purchaser. Ten out of ten from me for Martins at Camberley.
