Extremely disappointing service

Booked online to investigate warning lights on my Citroën and paid for service and MOT. The reported issues were not fixed, and a red warning light is still showing. Poor communication, confusing charges and refunds, and very poor customer service. I expected professional help from an authorised Citroën dealer but was left with unresolved problems and no confidence in the work carried out. Not recommended.
