Absolutely superb.

It's hard to know where to start in terms of conveying the excellence of Bob Davies Car Sales in all areas. After several disappointments in visiting dealerships that came across as having little to no integrity, I phoned and spoke to Craig. I explained my intent in terms of what I wanted and when and Craig immediately set my expectations and confirmed my requirement. With an agreed plan in place, I drove the three hours to the showroom and was immediately welcomed by the friendliest team imaginable. Craig confirmed everything, Lisa dropped whatever she was doing to sit with me for a test drive (I needed guidance with all the gadgetry), Scooby the Jack Russell kept me entertained while I drank my complimentary coffee as the workshop teams checked everything was good to go. I paid for the car, Craig registered it for me online and off I drove into the sunset. I am still enjoying the car (I thought the novelty would wear off - it's just a car) and I know I have that satisfaction because of the reassurance provided by the integrity and bonhomie of the whole organisation. I strongly suggest Bob Davies Car Sales be the first port-of-call for a vehicle. I would also bet it would be the last port-of-call - no point looking elsewhere - I doubt it could be bettered.
