I would not recommend Bulford Garage Sales Ltd based on my experience. The lack of communication from Ian specifically has been extremely awful. I requested written confirmation of the work that had been carried out and received no reply. I also wrote directly to the owners, who likewise failed to respond. Even after sending a formal Letter Before Action, there was still no communication. This level of customer care and service is unacceptable for a business that presents itself as professional. Customers deserve honesty, accountability and the courtesy of a response when legitimate concerns are raised. My experience has been extremely shocking, and I feel others should be aware before choosing to use this garage.
